Pricing for companies
Companies pay El Amigo for the software. Riders pay each company's own fares; El Amigo does not set or mark up ride prices.
Public plans have not been published yet. Ask for a quote and we will send exact prices for your fleet size.
How a bill is made up
- A monthly plan fee.
- Depending on the plan, a fee per approved driver or per completed ride.
- Text messages: what the carrier and provider charged for your numbers, shown per month. Inbound texts can cost money even when they are spam; spending limits and blocking reduce, but cannot eliminate, that cost.
Cancel any time from the account page; you can export your trips, riders and payments first. If an invoice goes unpaid, new bookings pause after a grace period, but rides already in progress always finish.
