El Amigo runs your bookings, drivers and payments under your own name. It does not take your riders to other companies or set your fares.
- Your phone numbers
- Riders text your company's own number. Conversations, customers and trip history stay in your account.
- Your prices
- Metered, flat routes (for example downtown to the airport), minimums, night or holiday surcharges and promotions. Every change is a new dated version; old quotes never change.
- Dispatch that explains itself
- One offer at a time to the driver with the fastest road time; among drivers within about a minute of each other, the one waiting longest goes first. Every decision is recorded.
- Cash and Zelle reconciliation
- Drivers record cash received, change and tips. Zelle claims wait for a staff member to match them to the bank, with the bank reference saved once.
- Staff roles
- Owner, admin, dispatcher and finance roles. Owners and admins sign in with an authenticator app.
- Reports from real trips
- Completion, time to first offer, pickup accuracy, cancellations by reason, per-rider history and spending, SMS cost per completed ride. Small samples are labeled as such.
What you need to start
- Your transportation permits and commercial insurance for your area.
- A business phone number registered for texting (10DLC or toll-free verification). We help with the registration paperwork.
- Your fares, service area and at least one approved driver and vehicle.
El Amigo is software. It does not give you operating authority; you remain responsible for licensing, insurance and driver checks.
